Services
Crux Consulting Group provides business and legal consultation services to small- and medium-sized businesses and real estate investors. The range of our consulting services covers business formation, compliance and corporate maintenance, asset protection, and real estate investor structures.
Staff
Luis’s experience is a culmination of years spent in banking, law, and trust and estate fiduciary services, in addition to being a real estate investor. He has started various businesses over the years, all of which are still operational.
Luis has a Juris Doctorate degree and studied Economics during his undergraduate studies, particularly focusing on Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing.
